Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your email mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward emails from one mail account to another, set up mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your e-mail accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to specific criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one email box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just select the email box you wish to forward mail messages from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
